I took my wife to this salon while on vacation a few months back. They did such a great job, that when we vacationed close by again, we had to schedule a return visit. I enjoyed a complimentary coffee and a comfortable waiting area as she got pampered. UPDATE: My wife and I visited Ormond Beach for our anniversary last month and, of course, she HAD TO return to Meraki Nail Spa. We experienced the same excellent level of quality as other times. With a particular seafood restaurant and this nail spa, Ormond Beach has become an expected retreat for us. My wife only wishes that we lived closer, so that she could frequent this business more often! ~ lamar f

I got a fill with gel and a gel polish change on my toes. I was seen right on time for my appointment and the gentleman who did my toes did a fantastic job…super bright red, not the easiest. The girl who did my fill with gel was extremely helpful in changing my color when I had a question…I dodged a bullet with my internet photo I was going off of. She was fast and got me out of there exactly an hour after my appointment time…with perfect nails. It’s one week later and they still look fabulous. The salon is very clean and calming, with a friendly staff. I’ll definitely be coming back and need to get the name of who worked with me so I can request them again. ~ Brittany M

This nail spa is a gem tucked away! I usually don't write reviews, but felt compelled to spread the good news about Meraki. It is nice to go to a place that is actually relaxing because of the people and atmosphere. No fake fluff! The staff is knowledgeable about the great line of products and strive to understand & listen to my needs, rather than trying to push something that's not for me. Being retired from the healthcare arena and as a former nail tech myself, I can also say I'm a strong believer of cleanliness and procedure. This place follows and goes above and beyond standard practices. I highly recommend Meraki. They definitely aim to work with you to achieve beautiful results! ~ Mindy B

first time visit on a Sunday. minimal wait. super friendly kind vibes, the salon is immaculate and I felt relaxed just being in their salon. I loved being able to chose my own color from the wall. OPI selection was large and organized by colors. of course they have the nail samples too. my pedicure was perfect. we chose classic (basic) and I was happy with entire service. my husband felt his service was rushed and much shorter than mine. he would have liked extra massage, his entire service was about 10 minutes. we WILL come back. and I'm sure he will speak up and I'm also sure they will make him happy! thank you Meraki! ~ Anita e

This salon is elegant , beautifully designed, friendly and clean. I received a professional full set of pink and whites which I love - they are uniform to fit my nail size - which is sometimes hard to receive (believe Me ) and perfectly square which I asked for - After leaving the salon I had Two compliments within a hour - one from a family member and the second one from a cashier saying how beautiful they were n asking what was the name of the salon n the location - I just want to say I love my nails and thank you to Vee for such a fantastic job ~ Barbara A

I had never been here before and I was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes. Walked in and was greeted with very friendly people. My appointment was with Tim. I had to get old nails taken off and he was very gentle with it and it didn’t hurt at all. He did a new set for me and they turned out great. I showed a picture of the design I wanted and Gina was able to find me the perfect colors and got the design done and it looks amazing. I will definitely be back again for my nails and toes. Tim and Gina were so nice. Clean space, very reasonable prices. Would def recommend. ~ Heather B

My mom, daughter and I came in for a full set, fill in and 3 pedicures. They were attentive, kind, and made us feel comfortable. We were their last clients of the day and they didn’t rush us or make us feel we shouldn’t be there. I even said please tell me if you don’t have the time for the type of nails I wanted, she wonderfully said they had time. They were so great and did a beautiful job. They even stayed 24 min past close to finish my nails. I will be going back, because I can appreciate them for their hard work, kindness and these gorgeous nails. Thank you!! ~ Andrea B

Great place!! I called for an appt. and the person was helpful and it was easy to schedule. I got a same day appt. which I appreciated. Young woman greeted me happily and assisted me with picking out a color.Gentleman made me feel like I was sitting in paradise. The pedicure not only made my feet and legs feel better it was a very relaxing afternoon. Something that is much appreciated in my busy schedule. He did such a great job. After moving to the area nearly three years ago I had a hard time finding “my” salon - through trial and error I couldn’t be more thrilled to have found Meraki!! I have been going to this salon religiously now for two years. Vicky is an absolute gem and a true artist. You cannot go wrong making an appointment with her! Tim is also incredible and my go-to if Vicky is unavailable. Meticulous work from them both - no lifting, long lasting, and work with any ideas I have. So I went there today at about three I actually had a scheduled appointment for three at Nella affair, but they could be bothered to open up or even call me and tell me they weren’t going to open when the website says they are open that being said, I’m glad I went research of another place The salon is awesome. It’s very clean and very very geared to customer satisfaction. My nail tech Haley was awesome. My feet and toes look wonderful. Her leg massage was great and she is a very sweet young lady. Just recently moved to the area and was in need of a new nail salon. After trying several in the area for pedicures and being disappointed I tried Meraki, and so glad I did. One of the only places I’ve found that doesn’t dip their dirty hands into the same dirty scrub jar customer after customer. They use single use packets of scrub & lotion for each customer and place is super clean!! Mai gave me an excellent relaxing deluxe pedicure and I will definitely be back to see her regularly! We are visiting from Colorado Springs! We had an absolutely delightful experience at the MeraKi Nail Spa today! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a tranquil atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. We opted for a two pedicure and I must say, the attention to detail was impeccable. The staff were not only skilled and meticulous in their work, but they also ensured we loved our colors! Perfect Nails! I came back to Meraki; heard it was under new ownership/management. So Glad I did. I came with my daughter and they did a perfect (and quick) job on my nails (dip). The nail tech was focused (not chit-chatty which I prefer) and was clearly experienced. They are flawless. I’m definitely coming back to get a pedi and try out the massage chairs! They also have specials each month so I’m looking forward to trying other services but at least for dip- it’ll be my new go to. Highly recommend! ~ Liz W

Today was my first visit to this particular nail salon and spa. I’m so pleased to say that I am quite satisfied with the service I received. The salon was clean and everybody was friendly. I had a Gel X set of nails ( not mentioned in Services Available) removed and a new set applied, painted and ring finger designs. I also had a pedicure and painted toe nails.. great job. The prices are reasonable and I certainly would recommend the salon to anyone looking for a new place to get their nails done. ~ Lissa A

I found it the resort I was going to didn't do Manis and pedis so I called here. They were able to get me in with little notice. On arrival they offer you a drink and they had a menu, wine, water etc. The salon is clean, can accommodate large parties. I had two different employees do my services and they were both very pleasant. I had the volcano pedicure, it was so relaxing. I do dip on fingernails and shellac on toes and they have colors that match for both types of nail covering. I highly recommend going here. ~ Kathryn E

I can’t say enough nice things about this spa, as soon as you walk in you’re greeted by the friendliest faces and it makes you feel right at home! I love this nail salon. The staff are very nice, considerate, and go over the top to ensure the customer is satisfied. Additionally, it is a beautiful and very clean atmosphere. There are plenty of colors to choose from for regular polish, gel, or dip. Both the manicures and pedicures a top notch. I would highly recommend going to this salon! Love this place! The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. The state of the art massage & pedicure chairs are my favorite. The staff is friendly and professional. They listen to what you want but also offer great suggestions. My favorite is dipping powder with an hombre design. Efficient too. So far, I have never had to wait. Oh, and they offer beverages. I have been coming here for over a year now and I have never been so happy with my service! Everyone is so nice and accommodating and never felt taken advantage of. If I ask I get, if I don’t like my nails I come back and they fix it. If there is an issue with my nails or toes all I have to do is SAY SOMETHING!!! Like speak up! I love this place. Since you go in, Alyssa, the receptionist welcome you and bring you the colors to choose. Even help you with your selections and verify what you want to have done. Sophia was very thorough with the pedicure.She was sure everything was perfect.She kept fixing my mess patiently and gave me advice for my fragile nails. Hands down best experience I’ve had at a nail salon, and it’s been months since I’ve tried to find my place, but first impressions are important, Alyssa was super nice & patient at the front with my questions. Bao did my pedicure and he’s hilarious- Sophia did my manicure and she was super sweet & meticulous. I had an amazing experience and will be back! I had such an amazing experience from start to finish here! As soon as I got there the service was amazing and everyone was very nice and quick. I had my pedicure with Vincent and he was awesome, we chatted the whole time, he helped me pick out my color and put sparkles on it cause I’m extra✨Over all my toes look sooooo cute and my feet feel amazing. My daughter and I were walk in clients this morning and loved the service! We both had manicures with dip powder. Vincent did mine, and asked me exactly what I wanted and gave me pros and cons as to why a dip powder mani would be better for me. My nails are perfectly shaped and so pretty. We are def going back! 8/22/22 Visiting on vacation and scheduled a Mani and Pedi for my husband and I. Salon had good reviews so figured we'd give it a try. Bao and Mai did a great job for our services, receptionist was friendly and made our appt. quickly. Got a text confirmation for appt. Salon was clean and spacious, nicely decorated, lots of choices of services and nail colors. Would visit again! ~ Judy B
